Karen is a dynamic, results driven Executive who founded Sirella, a consulting business to focus on helping companies accelerate Growth by turning Strategy Into Results (SIR). Sirella helps Companies scale their sales and customer facing activities. She also works with High Net Worth individuals on sourcing and consigning Fine Art.

With a solid track record of building and developing Sales teams to deliver double digit growth in Silicon Valley and large Public Companies, she has personally been responsible for overseeing over $1bn of strategic sales in her career in global SaaS based software, data and analytics companies. Sectors such as retail banking, financial services, retail & sporting venues.

Leveraging this extensive experience to help leaders scale their businesses and sales professionals think more strategically about how they engage with third parties, add value to prospects and clients, execute more effectively, think more creatively about how to accelerate achieving their goals.

Combining a passion for Art & Science by also representing Trinity House Paintings Fine Art on the West Coast of US, leveraging her interest in Fine Art, especially Impressionism, post Impressionism & Modern Art , gained whilst studying at L’Ecole SupĂ©rieure de Commerce in Montpellier, France.
