Penny Harwood

Penny is the Interim Chief Representative for North America for London & Partners; the trade, investment and promotional agency for London. Based in San Francisco, she leads across five offices; NY, Toronto, Chicago, LA and SF. A specialist in international trade and investment and building strategic relationships, Penny works with US and Canadian scale-ups creating links and opportunities into London as a gateway to the UK and EMEA. She has deep expertise in working with CXO, across all verticals including tech, financial services/fintech, creative/digital, innovation life sciences, and urban.

Penny is a UK/US dual citizen and having been part of the BBS Relief Committee over the last year, is delighted to be supporting the fabulous mission and work of the BBS.
