Reception Details

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will start at 5:30 PM, with doors opening at 5:00 PM, preceding the Reception at 6:30 PM. There is no charge to attend the AGM only. All Members are encouraged to attend both the AGM and the Reception.

Reception will include drinks and light refreshments for a donation of $40.00 for members and $50.00 for non-members. All guests are welcome to donate at the member price if they join the BBS on or before April 15th.
